Apply for Kindergarten

Kindergarten places are offered two years in advance, so we recommend applying before your child turns two.

Children may begin Pre-Kindy once they turn three, after a Kindergarten place has been secured.

Families with siblings already at the school are still required to submit an application.

Apply for other year levels

At times, places become available in other year levels. If you are interested, please contact us and we will guide you through the process.

We warmly welcome new families to our community and always do our best to accommodate siblings together.

Interview with the Principal

Once your application forms, supporting documents, and fee have been received, we will arrange an interview with the Principal.

Where possible, this involves both parents and your child.

Kindergarten interviews are generally held two years before commencement. Interviews for other year levels are scheduled as places arise.

Offer of a place and pay deposit

If a place is available, you will receive a formal offer of enrolment.

To secure your child’s position, acceptance must be confirmed in writing along with the enrolment deposit.

The non-refundable $230 deposit can be paid at the office or over the phone, and will be deducted from your first year’s fees.

Enrolment process and school fees

Please read our enrolment process, school fees and collection procedure before you apply. You will be asked to confirm you have read this information during the application process.

Change of circumstances

Let us know

Change of circumstances before commencing Kindergarten
Please notify us of any change to your contact details, such as your phone number, email or address. If your circumstances change and you no longer require the position, please let us know so that we can offer the position to a family on our waiting list. In such cases, we remind you that the enrolment deposit is non-refundable.

Withdrawing a student from the school
Families are required to provide a minimum of one term’s written notice if they intend to withdraw their child from the school. Failure to do so may result in a full term’s fees being charged.
